As an Energy Practitioner, I perceive the body—and everything in the Universe—beyond its physical form, tuning into the unique frequencies and vibrations of every thought, memory, and emotion. Each part of our experience is alive with energy, and when left unaddressed, these energies can become stagnant, manifesting as physical ailments or emotional distress. Modern science confirms that trauma, emotions, and memories are stored within the body, and in our sessions, we’ll tap into this stored wisdom to initiate profound healing.

Your body is a physical expression of everything you’ve ever experienced. High-frequency emotions, like joy and gratitude, foster energetic flow, while low-frequency emotions, such as shame and anger, create blockages. Over time, these blockages may manifest as physical or emotional struggles—chronic pain, fatigue, autoimmune issues, and more. I intuitively identify and empathically feel the emotions stored in your energy body, clarifying the root causes behind symptoms and guiding you to release what no longer serves you.

This can look like:

  • irregular and painful periods in a female who was perhaps abused when they were young or has an unloving marriage or relationship with their mother/self and they harbour feelings of shame and resentment

  • suffering from chronic lower back pain after watching their parents struggle to make ends meet, and perhaps, you too, struggle financially as well

  • parents who are exhausted in their roles who suddenly experience auto-immune disease

  • or in my case, when I didn’t recognize that my empathic intuitive gifts made sensitive to energy and I found myself depleted, depressed and anxious all the time.

    If you’ve had an initial attunement session and now find yourself facing a new challenge or feeling a bit “stuck,” know that this is a natural part of growth. The healing journey is cyclical, not linear—sometimes, new layers emerge, inviting us to go deeper. This session is designed to help you do just that.

    Arrive with a focused intention, and I will work alongside your Highest Self to uncover clarity around your current experience. Through energetic cleansing and recalibration, we’ll restore alignment within your mind, heart, and energy body, helping you move forward with renewed strength and clarity.

Chakra Discovery Series

This immersive series offers nine sessions spaced every two weeks, starting with the Root Chakra and progressing up to the Crown Chakra.

Each chakra session includes:

  • Akashic Reading and Soul Activation Session to begin (2-2.5 hours)

  • 15-minute Oracle card reading after each session

  • Weekly follow-up phone calls for added support and guidance

In the final session, we’ll conduct a comprehensive energy review and a closing debrief to solidify your journey.
