I AM so honored that our paths have aligned! My name is Baily.

I am so proud and honored to offer you this website and with it, a culmination of all the knowledge, skills and tools that I have obtained throughout my 17 years (and counting) journey to innerstand myself and find ecstatic meaning to life.

You see, what initially prompted my quest was, in fact, my need to find answers and solutions to a new “diagnosis” of ‘major depressive disorder’ and ‘anxiety’ in 2006 when I was attending post-secondary school to become a nurse. The avenue in which my research led me was far from anything then what I was expecting.

I stepped away from the modern medical path and discovered the metaphysical realm, where I learned about empathic qualities—the ability to sense and absorb the emotions and energy of others and the environment. This perspective finally explained the exhaustion, panic, and overwhelm I had felt for years, offering validation and, more importantly, tools to regulate my physical, mental, and emotional well-being. With this newfound knowledge, I reclaimed control over my body and life, transforming overwhelm into empowerment.

In 2016, during the delivery of my son, a series of preventable complications led to a near-death experience, including a ruptured uterine artery, uterine atony, and blood clots in my lungs. These events left me in critical condition, completely reliant on others for survival. The trauma resulted in PTSD, and despite my efforts to return to the medical field after maternity leave, the triggers from that experience—sights, sounds, and smells—plunged me into a "freeze" state, making it impossible to continue my 15-year nursing career.

I’ve journeyed through the loss of my identity as a nurse to rediscover my true essence—a Healer at heart. While my path no longer includes the title "LPN," my passion for nurturing and guiding others has only deepened. Now, I connect, heal, and mentor at the most profound level—your heart—helping you unlock your innate wisdom and step into a life of joy and sovereignty.

I share my lived experiences, not for sympathy, but to show you that everything I offer comes from a place of authenticity and perseverance. Through the gut-wrenching challenges I’ve faced, I’ve learned that these events didn’t happen to me; they happened for me, co-created for my growth and evolution.
