At Awakened Hearts, my ultimate goal is to re-connect you to the power that resides within your true north. Knowledge, I have come to understand, is the catalyst for expansion. And so, it is my hearts calling and honor that I pass on this gift so that you can cultivate your own light and illuminate the path for yourself and others.

Workshops will be offered as either a 4 week course, where we meet once a week for 2-3 hours at a time; or Weekend Intensives where we meet both Saturday and Sunday for 8 hours each to get it all complete.
